Festival Camping

Tent & Campervan/caravan pitches available from £30 per person for two nights

Festival Camping Information:

Camping pitches can be up to 7m by 5m
Please bring along your own tent as we unfortunately have no equipment to hire.
All Camping pitches tickets are valid for arrival on Friday and staying two nights. You can stay for just the one night if you prefer however you will not be reimbursed.
Camping in non electric only
Toilets and showers are available
You can bring a small amount of alcohol onto the campsite.
You are welcome to bring your own food but due to health and safety, no BBQs, fires or cooking devices.
Alderford’s food outlet will be open for breakfasts and dinners throughout the weekend
All teenagers between the ages of 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30 and this adult must be a parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian
All young people between the ages of 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 26 who is the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian.
Those children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 who is the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian.
You can arrive between 12-6pm on Friday 5th of July, and between 8am and 12pm on Saturday 6th July. Checkout is by 11am on Sunday 7th July. Please do not arrive outside of these times

Campervans & Caravans

You are welcome to bring your campervan to AlderFest.

Please purchase the campervan ticket option when booking. (This is not a festival ticket, these can be purchased separately)

Touring Caravans are welcome, again, please purchase a campervan ticket and follow the campervan terms. (For example, your caravan must fit within the allocated space for a campervan pitch)

Your campervan must be specifically adapted for people to stay in – this does not include transit vans with a mattress in the back, 4x4s with the seats folded down or any type of converted ex emergency service vehicles.

Please note that there will be no electricity or water hook-ups.

Caravans & Capervans have up to 9×6 metres of space per campervan pitch.

You will have access to toilet and shower facilities
